Documents that you need to fill on the MCA Website
You may need to attach these documents to official forms on the MCA portal
You will receive these documents as part of the company registration process
Fill in SPICe+ Part A on the MCA website
On completion of this step, you will receive an Approval Letter from the MCA. The name is reserved for 20 days.
Fill the documents below on the MCA Website

The directors of the company may need to apply for a digital signature certificate (DSC) in case they don’t have it. If you already have one, you can skip this step
Fill the remaining incorporation forms on the MCA portal and attach your digital signature to them.
SPICe+ Part B needs to be digitally signed by a CA/CS. Incorporate with Rize for a seamless incorporation experience.
Once you submit SPICe+ Part B on MCA website, you will need to fill the documents stated below and attach your DSC.
Complete the government fee on the MCA website. You will receive relevant documents on your registered email ID
