The directors of the company may need to apply for a digital signature certificate (DSC) in case they don’t have it. If you already have one, you can skip this step
You will also need to attach the documents in Step 3 to the LLP form on the MCA portal
Complete the government fee on the MCA website. You will receive relevant documents on your registered email ID
Once incorporation is completed, you must file the LLP Agreement on the MCA Website within 30 days.
